Shipping Policy

All orders for Monoi Retail size are shipped via FedEx Ground within the continental U.S.

 

$10.00 shipping fee for first bottle ordered.

$15.00 shipping fee for 2 or more bottles ordered.

 

Shipping Offer is not valid for orders to HI, AK, PR or APO/FPO addresses and international orders.

 

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

 

Checks or Money orders are shipped once payment is received.

 

Returns and Cancellations

 

Our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we have a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment. 

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Simply call or email us and we will provide you with a RMA number as well as the address to ship the product(s) back.

Shipping and Handling costs are non refundable. 

Cancellations must be made before orders are shipped out.
